摘要
物权法以专门章节明确规定了建筑物区分所有权,从而解决了物业管理纠纷的基本依据问题。在介绍建筑物区分所有权基本理论的基础上探讨区分所有权制度的法律适用及适用上的争议和疑难问题。
The System of Partitioned Ownership of Building Areas has been adopted by the law of property to provide primary principle for dealing with disputes of estate management. This article introduces the basic theory of Partitioned Ownership of Building Areas and its application in judicial practice. Some typical problems and disputes are also elaborated in this paper.
