股权分置改革后我国股权文化建设的困境与对策

Difficulties in Construction of Stock Ownership Culture after Reform of Non-tradable Shares in China

结合我国股权分置改革后资本市场的特点,分析了我国股权文化建设中存在政府过多干预市场、上市公司监管的难度加大、投资者的利益没有得到有效保护、投资者风险意识仍很薄弱四个方面的困境,提出理顺政府部门与市场的关系、完善相应的监管政策、保护投资者利益、持之以恒地进行投资者风险教育等对策。

This paper analyzes the characteristics in China＇s capital market after the reform of non-tradable shares,and analyzes four aspects of difficulties in the stock ownership cultural construction in China：excessive governmental intervention, the difficulty in monitoring of listed companies, no effective protection for the interests of investors, weak risk awareness of the investors. This paper also gives the corresponding solutions： good relationship between the government and the capital market, perfection of the appropriate supervision policies, protec- tion of the interests of investors as well as continuous risk reminding for investors.
