摘要
通过对一名大三男生"恐厕症"案例的分析诊断,综合运用认知领悟疗法、系统脱敏疗法等心理疗法,帮助求助者认识到"恐厕症"源于他童年的"创伤"经历,根源在于他的不合理理念。认清原因后,分阶段对求助者进行治疗,帮助他纠正不合理的认知,树立科学合理的信念,并进行有效尝试,获得成功体验,最终克服了难言的毛病。在这个过程中,还帮助他掌握了积极的思维方法,提升了自信心,取得多元效果。
This paper deals with the analysis, diagnosis and treatment of a junior boy's "toilet-phobia". After taking the integrated psychological therapy including cognition treatment and systematic desensitization therapy the student came to realize that his phobia could be traced back to a traumatic experience in his childhood and that it was rooted in his irrational notions. Reasons found, the student was treated by phases. Soon his irrational cognition was feet/fled; scientific and rational faith was established. With some effective attempts he experienced the sense of success and finally conquered his psychological disease. During the treatment, some other effects were also achieved. For' instance, he was taught scientific ways of thinking and self-confidence was greatly enhanced.
