摘要
对2006年7月事业单位收入分配制度改革的薪级工资部分,从2006年工资制度改革对象和新录聘人员两类人员对象进行分析,得出薪级工资的分配要素,为事业单位更好地实施岗位绩效工资制度提供依据。
This paper mainly analyses the grade salary of institution income and distribution system in July, 2006, and analyses two kinds of personnel of salary system reform objects in the year of 2006 and new recruitment or employed personnel, so as to obtain the distribution factors of grade salary, and thus provides an evidence for the institutions to better carry out the position performance salary system.
