On Purchase of Digital Information Resources in College Libraries

馆藏数字信息资源建设是高校图书馆数字化建设的核心内容。高校图书馆采用直接购置的方式,加快了馆藏数字信息资源建设进程,但购置上还存在着许多问题。从购置形式入手,分析当前购置上存在的问题,提出相应的对策确有必要。

The construction of digital information resources is the core of digitized construction in college libraries. Direct purchase has been applied in college libraries ,which has promoted the construction process of digi- tal information resources. However, quite a few problems are still existing in such a purchase way. The author, starting from the purchasing ways, analyses on the existing problems and puts forward some solutions to them.
