The Effect of the Ginkgo Bilobal Extract to the Shrinking Range of Smooth Muscle

本文提出了铬酸钾试法鉴定Ｂａ２＋和双硫腙试法鉴定Ｚｎ２＋时，用Ｎ—烯丙基—Ｎ—（对苯磺酸钠）硫脲消除Ａｇ＋、Ｈｇ２＋对Ｂａ２＋的干扰和Ａｕ３＋、Ｈｇ２＋对Ｚｎ２＋的干扰的方法。

Putting AE, Ach,NaCl,KCl,BaCl 2 on the duodenum,the upper,the center and the ending part of the small instestine,the begining of large instestine of the rabbit,we can find that the shrinking range of smooth muscle has changed.It has been observed that the Ginkgo biloba L. extract whose density are different have certain influence on the shrinking range of the smooth muscle.The result obtained shows that The Gingo biloba L. extract can relieve the effect of above metioned substances on the intestine smooth muscle, especially of those shrinking range caused by AE. Ach,the relieving effect is apparant.so we can draw a conclusion that the Ginkgo.bilobal. extract can relive the conclusion to some ertent.
