后现代教师角色观与教师发展新理念 被引量:7

摘要 教师发展是当今世界高等教育改革与发展的重要课题,而教师的角色问题是整个教师发展的核心问题之一。近年来,各种后现代教育学派对现代教师所充当的角色进行了分析与批判,主张其实现角色的转变,这为我们重建教师发展理念具有重要启示。
