本文以专家系统技术为基础，针对机械制造工艺规程设计中工序基准的选择问题，建立了工艺知识库，应用产生式原理研制出了计算机辅助工序基准选择的软件系统．为实现完整实用的ＣＡＰＰ系统奠定了基础．

This paper based on the expert system and the production priciples established the technologies and set up the software system for the selection of CAPP-technologies basis to solve the problems of technologies basis selection in machinery manufacturing process planning design. It founded the foundation for the CAPP system to be completely good practice.
