摘要
本文研究了2-苯基吲哚(1)在硅胶上表面上的光氧化反应,发现反应近乎定量地给出2,2'-二苯基-[2,3’-联-1H-吲哚]-1-3(2H)-酮(2).探讨了反应机理,并与溶液中的光氧化进行了比较.
Photooxygenation of 2 - Phenylindole (1) adsorbed on silica gel sdrice was found to give2,2'- diphenyl -[2,3'- bi - 1H - indol]- 3(2H)- one (2) in almost quantitative yteld.Thereaction mechanism was discussed and the experimental results were also compared with thoseobtained from the same reaction of 1 in solution.
