摘要
本文研究了在HAc-NaAc介质中,邻菲啉活化Fe(Ⅲ)催化H2O2氧化茜素紫3B的褪色反应,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法.本方法的测定范围为0-20μg/25ml,检出限为8.5×10-11g/ml,用于铝合金和水中铁的测定,结果满意.
In this paper,a new catalytic-Kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of iron(III) has been established.The method is based on the oxidation of alizarin violet 3B by H2O2 in thepresence of Phen as an activator.The linear range of determination is 0-2.0μg/25ml and thedetection limit is 8.5×10-11g/ml.The method has been applied to the determination of iron inaluminum allog and water with satisfactory results.
