摘要
本文研究汞对小麦种子萌发过程中幼苗膜脂过氧化水平,细胞膜透性,保护酶(CAT、SOD、POD)活性,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明,随着汞浓度的升高,细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高.细胞膜透性增大,CAT活性降低、POD、SOD活性升高,组织可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量升高.
This paper researched the effect of Hd2+ on membranelipid PerOxdarion,poabi1ity Ofplasma membrane,activities of protective enzymes,superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase(CAT) andperoxidase (POD),contents of soluble sugars and sobole Protein of wheat seedlings duringgermination.The results showed that with the increase of concentration of Hg2+ used inimigation,malondialdehyde (MDA) coutent,permedility of Plasma membrane,activies of POD andSOD the contents of soluble sugars nd soluble Protein increased,while the activity of CATdeceased.
