摘要
激励机制是公安队伍管理长效机制中的一项十分重要的内容,它对调动民警工作积极性,促使我国现在有限的警力资源功效最大化上起着越来越重要的作用。目前,我国公安机关在警察激励机制方面还存在诸多问题,在一定程度上影响了整个公安队伍的建设。探索警察激励机制,构建一种科学的、多元化的警察激励机制,对进一步激化民警的工作积极性,提高主观能动性和创造性具有十分重要的意义。
The inspiring mechanism is very important in the long - acting mechanism of police team management, which is of more and more significance in mobilizing the policemen's initiative and employing our country's current limited police resources for maximal task performance. At present, public security organs in our country still have many problems in police inspiring mechanism, which has, to some extent,influenced the construction of police team. Exploring the police inspiring mechanism, as well as constructing a scientific and diversified police inspiring mechanism is of great importance to further intensifying policemen's working initiative and enhancing subjective initiative as well as creativity.
