浅析当前环境行政执法存在的问题及对策

A Brief Analysis on Current Problems in Environmental Administration Lawenforcement and Their Countermeasures

近年来,随着经济建设的快速发展,环境保护问题日益受到重视,但在日常环境行政执法工作中,也暴露出一些困难和问题。针对环境执法中所面临的困境及其深层原因,我们应在法制、体制、机制、能力等方面加强环境执法的对策,以解决环境行政执法中存在的问题。

In recent years, with the rapid development of economic construction, problems of environmental protection have been drawing more and more attention. However,some difficulties and problems have emerged in the daily work of administration law - enforcement. Concerning the predicament and deep reasons ,we should strengthen the countermeasures of environmental law- enforcement in such respects as legal system and institutions, systems, mechanism as well as abilities, so as to solve the problems existing in the environmental administration law- enforcement.
