随着我国法制建设和市场经济的飞速发展,传统的教学模式已经越来越不适应社会的要求。实践证明,模拟实训教学在培养法律职业人才方面具有传统讲授教学和案例教学法所无法比拟的优势,今后将是法律职业教育的一大趋势。宪法模拟实训教学的实践操作包括模拟实训题的准备和具体操作两个层面。

With the rapid development of our eountry＇s legal system and market economy, traditional teaching models can no longer meet the need of the society. Therefore,we should try reforming and applying practice training in the teaching of constitution course. The practice has proved that practical training has advantages that traditional lecturing and case teaching can not compete in developing legal vocational talents, and it will be the trend of legal vocational education. The practical operation of constitution simulated training teaching includes the preparation of simulated practice topics and specific operation.
