Experiment Research on Diminishing Creep of High Precision Extemal Grinders by using Forced Vibration Technology

摘要 本文介绍了利用AUTOCAD的绘图与ADS(AutoCADDevelopmentSystem),实现摩托车车架测量数据的计算机处理。先用WINDOWS的函数实现三维坐标测量仪与计算机的串行通信,再取得三维坐标仪测得的原始数据,进行处理,并按要求填入检验卡片(表格)上,以完成车架的检测工作。 It has been verified and tested by the experiments on laboratory test tables that the normal direction forcedvibration can restrain the creep of sliding parts with low speed.But the technology has not been applied to specific machines.The experiment of the paper is carried out on the type of MG1432A extermal grinder manufactured by Shanghai Machinery factory on the metal cutting laboratory of Jilin Industrial University.The test′s result shows that the critical feeding speed of the work table of the grinder is reduced from the original of 17mm/min to 1.35mm/min.
