A Study of Simulation Model for the Flowing distribution of the Chambers of Heat Exchanger

为了研究集流室的流动特性,建立了一种将芯体处理成多通道多孔介质模型的集流室的仿真模型进行数值模拟研究,并通过在多种工况条件下的仿真模拟与试验结果相比较,集流室的压力损失的模拟值与试验值的偏差均在11%以内,从而证明了该模型具有良好的适应性,可以用来进行集流室的流动分布仿真研究.

In order to study the flow characteristic of the chambers, a fundamental simulation model based on multi-channel model is chosen to simulate the core. Under comparisons between tests and simulations on many occasions, the pressure loss gaps are all below 11% , which proves that the built model has good accuracy and can be used in the research of the flow characteristic of the chambers.
