摘要
设计了采用实时控制的W 78E58单片机作为核心控制器,并与AT89C51单片机组成主从结构,以CPLD为逻辑译码电路的五轴运动控制系统,实现了对五个坐标轴机械系统的控制;给出了系统的硬件和软件设计框图。该数控系统以低廉的价格实现了中档数控系统的加工精度,具有较好的推广应用前景。
The five - axis motion control system adopts the real time controlling single - chip microprocessor of W78E58 as centre controller, composes master- slave structure with single- chip microprocessor of AT89C51 and adopts CPLD as logic decoding circuit. It can control five coordinate machine system. The hardware and software of this computer numerical control system have been designed. This paper has designed the block diagrams of the hardware and software of this system. The computer numerical control system has the machining precision of middle numerical control system at low cost and has abroad application prospect.
