摘要
尽管就道德的境界或水平来说,公正远远低于仁慈,但是就道德的社会效用来说,公正远远重要于仁慈,它是社会存在的基础,是个体道德发展的生长点。然而,我们现行的学校道德教育尚未重视公正在学校道德教育和学生道德发展中应有的地位和作用,以至在结构的科学性和功能的实效性上都存在很大的问题。
In the case of moral state or its level, justice is far lower than beneficence, while as far as its social attribute is concerned, justice, which is the growth point of individual moral development as well as the base of society, is much more important than beneficence. However, the status and roles of justice are not accentuated in actual school moral education, especially in students' moral development. Consequently, issues worth questioning exist in its structural scientism and functional validity.
