摘要
班级"教育习俗"作为约定俗成的活动形式。在特定的时空内,总是以稳定的形式出现,带给参与者的意义也已超越它本身所具的意义。它一旦形成便以感染、暗示、模仿、参照等影响机制制约着学生个性的形成和发展,对学生的发展起到导向、约束、熏陶的教育功能,是一种潜移默化的教育力量,是教学活动顺利进行的重要保障。本文旨在通过对班级"教育习俗"的发现、挖掘、整理,使班级"教育习俗"不断在传承中积淀,在变革中发展。
Class "education custom", as an established form of activity, always appears stable at the particular time and space and participants can attain more significance beyond itself. Once established, it restricts formation and development of students" personality in the light of such mechanism as infection, hint, imitation and reference, and serves as direction, restriction and edification, which is an imperceptible power of education, ensuring smooth teaching activity. This paper attempts to augment it in inheritance and develop it in transformation by exploration, excavation, and classification of class "education custom".
