摘要
教师发展策略即教师成长的重要手段。在不同的成长阶段,教师应侧重不同的发展策略。文章根据教师在成长过程中主要目的的变化,将教师的成长过程分为职业定向、职业适应、职业调整和职业成熟四个阶段,并在此基础上依次提出富有针时性的教师发展策略。
Teacher developmental strategy is the main means of teacher growth, in different stages of which teachers should prefer some strategies. Therefore, this paper, in accordance with different needs, classifies teacher growth as follows： professional orientation, adaptation, adjustment and maturity, and accordingly this paper suggests various teacher developmental strategies.
