摘要
从城市环境安全的内涵出发,根据压力--状态--响应模型,构建一个3个层次的城市环境安全评价指标体系。第1层次是目标层,即城市环境安全评价指标体系;第2层次是准则层,即由资源环境压力、资源环境状态、人文环境响应组成;第3层次是指标层,即由各具体指标因素组成。运用层次分析法建立评价模型,结合2001年—2007年的《苏州市统计年鉴》的数据对苏州市环境安全状况进行判断,并分析其环境安全状况变化的原因及应对策略,为苏州城市环境管理和建设提供科学依据。
The article aims to introduce the research of three urban environmental safety indicator system, which can be used for evaluating the the state of urban environmental safety. The first category is the urban environmental safety indicator system; the second category is formed by resource environmental pressure, resource environmental status and humanistic environmental reaction; the third category is the index aspect. The paper analyzed the model of Pressure - State - Response by using hierarchical process, taking Suzhou as an example by using the data from 2001 to 2007. Finally, the major causes of urban environmental safety are judged and analyzed, and the development are put forward.
