引种乌克兰七叶树离体培养的研究

摘要 从乌克兰引进的七叶树种子中取材作为外植体,采用不同的消毒剂及在MS培养基中添加不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)对七叶树离体培养植株生长影响的研究结果表明:外植体消毒以50%的氯胺水溶液处理10m in效果最好;MS培养基中不需要添加GA3,而添加浓度1.5μg/L 6-BA的MS培养基中,幼苗能更好的生长并能获得大量的具有典型性状的植株。 Take the seed of Aesculus came was introduced from Ukraine as explants. The effect of different disinfectants, MS medium that add in different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3 ) and cytokinin (6 - BA) on the plants growth were studied. The results showed that the seedling can growth better and access to a large number of plant in a typical characters on the following conditions : ( 1 ) The explants disinfected with 50% of the chloramine solution for 10min. (2) MS medium without the addition of GA3. (3) MS medium added in 6 - BA of 1. 5 μg/L.
