摘要
以聚酯树脂为主剂制造热熔胶线,以热熔胶T剥离强度和玻璃纤维断裂强力作为主要技术指标对热熔胶线进行评价;考察了聚酯树脂与石蜡、松香、助剂A、助剂B不同配比对热熔胶线性能的影响。结果表明,制造热熔胶线的较优工艺参数为:聚酯树脂100份,石蜡10份,松香10份,助剂A 4份,助剂B 0.5份。用该热熔胶来制作热熔胶线拼接的单板和地板,达到了生产使用的要求。
