泌尿系恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术的现状 被引量：3

摘要 应用腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿系恶性肿瘤的报道最早见于1991年，尽管腹腔镜手术具有出血少、术后疼痛轻、恢复快和切口小而美观等优点，但在能否满足肿瘤根治切除原则、是否增加穿刺通道转移（PSM）和种植率、远期疗效能否与开放手术相媲美等方面始终存在争议。从目前研究结果看，腹腔镜手术在治疗肾癌、上尿路上皮癌、前列腺癌和膀胱癌时，
