Study on Social Network's Influence on Resource Distribution Mechanisms of Government and Market

任何经济行为都嵌入在一个主要由社会关系构成的社会网络结构中,政府和市场的资源配置行为及过程也是如此。基于社会网络与政府和市场资源配置方式的关系,即政府和市场嵌入在社会网络中并受其影响和制约,社会网络在一定程度上影响着资源流动的方向及效果,本文从市场交易网络、价格、行动者的市场竞争力三个方面分析了社会网络对市场机制的影响,探讨了社会网络对政府资源配置行为的积极促进和消极阻碍。

Economic action is inevitably imbedded in the social structure of network mainly made up of social relationship, so do the action and process of resource distribution through government or market mechanism. Based on the relation be- tween social network and government or market, namely, government or market mechanism is imbedded in social network and in return, social network would exert certain influence on where resource goes and the effect of resource distribution, the paper analyses the social network＇s influence on market mechanism in the aspects of market transaction network, price and actor＇s competitive power in market, and explores social network＇s positive and negative impact on government mechanism.
