摘要
研究目的:以理论计算与实桥分析为基础,研究保护性拆除拱桥的施工工艺及控制系统,分析旧桥拆除的重难点,旨在提出一种安全、高效、实用、无污染的保护性拆除拱桥的方法。研究结果:"高栈桥龙门吊拱下支顶法"保护性拆除拱桥的方法,较好地解决了在保障跨下通航、安全要求高、工期短、不可预见因素多等复杂施工环境下安全、高效、无污染地解决保护性拆除拱桥的难题;研究出同步均衡、多支顶及水平约束索控制系统,实现了保证结构体系稳定及保护桥墩的目的;形成的整套保护性拆桥工艺开辟了拱桥拆除施工的新方法和新途径。
Research purposes: Based on the theoretical calculation and analyses of the bridge, the researches are done on the protective removal technique and its control system for the arch bridge and the analysis of the difficult points in removing is made for the purpose of presenting a safe, high efficient and non - polluted way for removing arch bridge. Research results :The "High Trestle Bridge Gantry Crane Support Under Arch Method" is a safe, high efficient and non -polluted way for protective removing arch bridge in complicated construction environment requiring navigation under the span, high safety and short construction period. The control system for synchronous balance, multiple support and level restraint has been developed to guarantee the Stability of the structure and pier, which forms a set of new technique for protective removing arch bridge.
