头皮发际区微针法治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

Clinical Study of Micro-needle at Scalp Hairline Region for the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探索一种治疗原发性痛经的方法。方法60例原发性痛经患者随机分为两组。观测组用头皮发际区微针法,对照组用口服药物疗法。测定两组月经血前列腺素F2 a(PGF2 a)含量。结果观测组疗效(80.00%)高于对照组(73.33%)。治疗前后两组月经血PGF2 a含量改变自身比较均有极显著意义(P<0.01);治疗前后两组月经血PGF2 a含量差值之差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论头皮发际区微针法对于原发性痛经患者具有确切疗效,其治疗机理与降低月经血中PGF2 a含量相关。

Objective To explore a method for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 60 eases of primary dysmenorrheal patients were randomized into two groups, The observation group was treated with micro - needle at scalp hairline region; the control group was administered oral medicine. The content of prostaglandin F2a （PGF2a） in menstrual blood of the two groups were determined. Results The efficacy of the observation group （ 80.00 % ） was higher than that of the control group （73.33 % ）. The change of the contents of the two groups＇PGF2a in menstrual blood pre and post treatment were significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） compared to themselves, and the difference of the contents of the two groups＇ PGF2a in menstrual blood pre and post treatment were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Micro - needle at scalp hairline region has definite efficacy for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal, its therapeutic mechanism relates to its effect of reducing PGF2a in menstrual blood.
