老年壶腹周围癌临床诊治分析

The Analysis of Clinical Diagnoses and Treatment of Periampullary Carcinoma in Elderly Patients

目的总结老年壶腹周围癌患者的手术治疗临床经验。方法回顾性分析近10年280例60岁以上壶腹周围癌患者行手术治疗的临床资料。结果手术输血0～400ml,无胰瘘及胆瘘,无腹腔感染及大出血等严重并发症,无围手术期死亡。结论术前积极治疗并存疾病,术中精细熟练操作,术后全面监护防治并发症是老年壶腹周围癌患者手术治疗成功的保证。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of operation in old patients of periampullary carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 280 patients with an age over 60 years receiving operation in past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results The quantity of blood transfusion was between 0-400ml.No pancreatic leakage and biliary leakage.No abdominal infection and large bleeding.No death in perioperative period.Conclusions The insurances against the operation for old patients are as follows ：the actively treatment of the coexistent diseases before the operation,exactly and skillfully operating during the operation and the comprehensive prevention of complications after the operation.
