摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)血糖水平与IL-6和TNF-α相关性。方法采用酶联免疫分析法检测35例初诊T2DM患者27例血糖控制良好(HbA1c<7%)T2DM患者及20例糖耐量正常的健康对照者的IL-6和TNF-α水平,同时监测空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及体重指数(BMI)等。结果初诊T2DM组血清胰岛素、各炎症因子及血糖水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01),而血糖控制良好T2DM组TNF-α和IL-6浓度与健康对照组无差异。相关分析显示IL-6和TNF-α与性别、BMI和空腹胰岛素等均不相关,但与空腹血糖(r=0.38,P=0.03)呈显著正相关,与总胆固醇呈显著负相关(r=-0.19,P=0.04)。结论人类空腹血清IL-6和TNF-α水平在T2DM病人中明显升高,其与血糖浓度有关,与肥胖关系不明显。
Objective To measure blood glucose level so as to examine whether there exists a relationship between blood glucose and inflammation factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 35 cases of untreated type 2 diabetic patients,27 cases of well controlled (HbAlc〈7%)type T2DM treated by oral anti-diabetic drugs,and 20 normal glucose tolerance subjects were involved. ELISA was used to examine,IL-6 and TNF-α level; at the same time serum fasting plasmic glucose (FPG),fasting insulin (FINS),body mass index (BMI) and CRP were measured.Results FINS,each inflammatory factor and FPG in untreated type 2 diabetic group was higher than healthy control group(P〈0.01),but there was no differ- ence between well controlled type T2DM group and healthy control group on TNF-α and IL-6 concentration;Correlation analysis demonstrated that IL-6 and TNF-α level was not correlated with sex,BMI and FINS,but positively correlated with FPG (r=0.38,P=0.03) and negatively correlated with total cholesterol (TC) (r=-0.19,P=0.04).Conclusions IL-6 and TNF-α devel significant increased in type 2 diabetic patients,has relationship with blood glucose concentration and possibly was involved in T2DM inflammatory pathogenesis by effects of inflammatory factors on it,but has little relationship with obesity.
