摘要
用气相色谱仪检测德国小蠊体表提取物中聚集信息素各组分的相对含量,研究脑因子和光周期对聚集信息素生物合成的影响,结果表明德国小蠊的头部并不存在促进信息素合成的昆虫信息素合成激活肽(PBAN)类因子;不同的光照条件对聚集信息素的合成有明显影响,一直处于黑暗中,只是偶尔打破黑暗的条件最适合德国小蠊聚集信息素的合成,而在连续黑暗或长时间的光照的条件下均会明显抑制聚集信息素的生物合成。
To study the influence of brain-factors and photoperiod on aggregation pheromone biosynthesis of the German cockroach, the cuticular extracts of B. germanica were analysed by gas chromatography (GC). PBAN-like materials were not involved in the aggregation pheromone biosynthesis of German cockroach. The optimum photoperiod condition for German cockroach to synthesize aggregation pheromone is sustained dark with occasionally short illumination. Continued scotophase and long-photoperiod may inhibit the aggregation pheromone biosynthesis in B. germanica significantly.
