暖箱中新生儿体温测量方法比较

Temperature-taking methods for neonates in the incubator

目的:比较暖箱中新生儿不同部位皮肤温度之间的差别,从而找出简便可行的暖箱中新生儿体温测量方法。方法:对置暖箱中42例新生儿,在同一时间内进行腋温、背温、腰温、臀温、肛温测量,结果进行统计学分析。结果:暖箱中新生儿腰温均明显高于腋温、臀温和肛温(P<0.01),而背温亦高于腋温和臀温(P<0.05)。结论:暖箱中新生儿测试腰温简便、安全,可取代背温测量,值得推广应用。

Objective：To find out a simple and feasible method of taking the temperature of newborns nursed in the incubator. Methods ：The temperature of 42 neonates in the incubators was measured at their axillar, back, waist, buttock and rectum at the same time,then the results were compared. Results：The waist temperature was higher than the axillary temperature, buttock temperature or rectal temperature（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the back temperature was also higher than the axillary temperature and buttock temperature （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： It is convenient and safe to take the temperature of the newborns in the incubators at the waist. It can take the place of back temperature-taking and worth popularizing.
