充油电气设备高浓度气体检测过程与故障事例分析

摘要 利用气相色谱仪分析充油电气设备内油中溶解气体含量对判断设备内部的潜伏性故障是非常有效的试验手段。通过对500 kV南昌变电站磁南线高抗B相油中溶解气体在高浓度情况下进行色谱分析的实例说明,油中溶解气体中C2H4占总烃含量近一半,且C2H4含量增长较快时,设备潜在高温过热类型故障。通过对气体继电器中的气体进行分析,能对故障的发展趋势做出准确判断。因此定期进行绝缘油的色谱分析和化学监督,能够及时、准确地监控设备的健康状况,以保证电网的安全稳定运行。 Applying gas chromatography to analyze dissolved gas content oil in oil-filled electric equipment is an effective way to judge potential fault. The process of chromatographic analysis on dissolved gas in oil with high concentration of high resistance B phase of Cinan lines was introduced. The result showed that C2H4 shares nearly half of hydrocarbon and increases rapidly. Therefore, it is identified as overheat fault. By analyzing the gas in relay the trend of fault was realized. Regular chromatographic analysis and chemical monitor on insulating oil could monitor the condition of equipment and ensure grid safe operation.
