300 MW机组主机润滑油压下降的原因与处理

Cause and treatment of lubricating oil pressure decreasing in the host computer of 300 MW unit

某电厂5号机主机润滑油压在运行中发生下降,并伴随着不规则的波动,造成交流润滑油泵偶尔联起。经检查发现,主要原因是注油器扩散管汽蚀,以致注油器工作不正常,润滑油压偏低。停机后对注油器汽蚀部位进行加工处理,并针对注油器扩散管汽蚀现象从多方面实施预防措施,有效地提高润滑油压。

The lubricating oil pressure decreased in the operation of NO.5 unit of an Anhui power plant along with the irregular wave which led oil-pump of lubricating to start now and then. The main reason is that cavitation erosion occurred in pervasion pipe of lubricator. As a result, lubricator works unmorally and pressure of lubricated oil is too low. The eroded part was improved after stopping unit, and measures were taken to prevent cavitaion erosion.
