摘要
采用10毫瓦半导体激光管,以AT89C2051单片机、TPS76333稳压块、CA358运算放大器等集成电路为核心,设计经济实用的激光治疗仪,给出了硬件电路和编程方法。同时,论证了治疗仪设计的合理性和经济实用性。
This device is a economic and practical laser treating apparatus using 10mW, semiconductor laser tube and with AT89c2051-Single chip microcomputer, TPS6333 voltage stablizing unit, CA3582 operation amplifier as its core. The hardware circuit and programming methods are given. Meanwhile we proved that reasonableness and economic practica ness of the treating design.
