摘要
通过兖矿项目总平面布置的设计过程,就引进德国凯泽斯图尔焦化厂项目中的主要问题、难点及对策进行了深入的分析与探讨。根据我国焦化行业的法律法规,结合国内设计的20万t/a甲醇项目,对引进工程的总平面设计进行了优化,其设计经验和建设经验具有借鉴意义。
The deep analysis and discussion are carried out on the major issues, difficult points and countermeasures for importing Kaisersthul Coking Plant Project, Germany through the design process of the general layout of Yanzhou Coal Mine Project. According to the laws and regulations for the coking industry in China and in combination with the domestically designed 2 ×10^5t/a methanol project, the general layout design of the imported project is optimized. Its design and construction experiences can be used as reference.
