摘要
根据脱硫脱氰原理初步分析了硫的生成和转化途径,探讨了HS-浓度、煤气量、煤气组分、空气量、ORP值、触媒及氨水补充量这些因素对塔卡哈克斯析出硫磺的影响。实践表明,控制好这些因素,可以大大减少塔卡哈克斯析出硫磺的频率。
According to the principle for desulfurization and cyanide removal, the ways of sulfur formation and conversion were preliminarily analyzed, the influence of the factors such as HS^- concentration, gas volume, gas component, air volume, ORP value, catalyst and make-up amount of ammonia liquor for separating sulfur out of Takahax process were studied. The practice shows that to control well these factors can greatly reduce the frequency of sulfur separated from desulfurized liquor out of Takahax process.
