摘要
用伏安法测定了纳米金红石相 TiO_2的直流伏安特性曲线,并通过提出晶界双肖特基势垒模型和晶界上电荷输运特性的分析,对纳米金红石相 TiO_2伏安特性的非线性、压敏性及不可逆性做出了很好的解释.
In this paper,the DC volate-current characteristic curves of nanostructred rutile TiO2 was measured by means of proposing the model of the double Schottky harriers and analysing the characteristic of charge transgence in the grain boundary,the cruve's nonlinearity, non-reversibility and voltage sensitivity have been well explained.
