摘要
实验发现在KH2PO4－Na2HPO4介质中超痕量的镍（Ⅱ）能阻抑过氧化氢氧化碱性品红褪色的指示反应，研究了阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件和动力学参数，建立了测定痕量镍（Ⅱ）的新方法。方法最低检测限为1．88×10－11gNi2／ml，测定范围为0～1．0μgNi2／25ml，本方法灵敏度高，选择性强，操作简便快速，用于测定人发中的微量Ni，获得了满意结果。
Based on nickel (Ⅱ) inhibitory effect on the oxidation of fuchsine by hydrogen peroxide in KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH6. 86) media, an inhbitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of nickel(Ⅱ) were established. The.kineitc condition of the reaction was studied in detail. Akenetic method for the determination of trace nickel(Ⅱ) was established. Nickel(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~1. 0 μg Ni2 + /25 ml could be determined accurately. The detection limit was 1.88 × 10 - 11 gNi2+ /ml. The method had been applied to the determination of trace amounts of nickel in human hair with satisfactory results.
