变革型领导行为对员工集体效能感作用机制研究

摘要
本文以53个知识型工作团队中288名员工为研究对象,运用多水平分析技术,以跨文化研究中的核心维度——集体主义感知为切入点,研究变革型领导行为与员工群体效能感之间的作用机制,研究结果显示:变革型领导行为显著影响下属的群体效能感,并且这种影响受到下属的集体主义感知的中介作用。
