关于企业组织文化与知识管理模型整合的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究了竞争价值观框架模型与知识的创造与转化模型的整合问题。辨认了两个模型中相似的概念,从各个维度上分析了因素间相互作用的效果。新产生的企业组织知识管理模型能够进一步加深对推动知识创造,提高企业组织效率的企业组织文化的理解,有着重大的理论和实践意义。
