摘要 本文以锦标赛理论与行为理论对薪酬结构设计的不同观点为理论基础,探讨企业高层管理团队成员内部的合作需要与薪酬差距之间的关系,以及高管团队内部的合作需要与薪酬差距相互作用之后,对企业绩效水平产生的影响。
