The Essence of the Technology to the Reverse Logistic's Development Obstacles and Strategy

逆向物流日益为社会各界所重视,然而目前的发展状况并不理想。目前,学者们大多将研究集中在企业微观层面或具体的数学模型上。事实上,逆向物流目前的主要问题是软硬"逆向"技术的发展严重滞后,使企业难以获得足够的利润而缺乏进入动力,进而造成"市场失效"。在这种情况下,政府应该更多地承担起逆向物流发展的社会责任,并通过法律、法规、经济政策以及人文影响等策略,对相关技术发展进行干预和引导。

The reverse logistic is taken into account, but its performance is not satisfying. At present some scholars focus their studies on micro-level of the corporation, whereas the paper believes that the main reason is that the corporations have no incitement to engage in such business because they can not acquire enough interests. Therefore, the government should take its social responsibility to make some strategies to tamper and guide the development of technology of the reverse logistics through the law, regulation economy and humanity.
