摘要
自20世纪80年代引入科技评估机制以来,瑞士已形成了较完善的科技评估体系,并逐步形成了以定性评估为主、具有瑞士本国特色的科技评估文化。科技评估对瑞士的创新体系建设起到了极大的促进作用。主要介绍了瑞士科技评估体系、评估标准、评估程序及瑞士在评估方面的一些经验。
Since the 1980s with the introduction of S＆T evaluation structure, Switzerland has developed a relative complete S＆T evaluation system and gradually has formed a culture of S＆T evaluation, with the main characteristics of qualitative analysis as Swiss characteristics. This plays an important role in promoting the construction of Swiss Innovation System. The authors mainly introduce the Swiss S＆T evaluation systems, evaluation standards, evaluation procedures and its experiences. For our country which has developed the construction of Innovation-oriented country one of the most important Strategies for the future, this may has great practical significance. The authors hope that this can help promoting the level of China＇s S＆T evaluation.
