我国高外贸依存度原因探析及对策研究

Inquiry for the Reason of Chinese High Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade and Research on the Countermeasure

我国外贸依存度近些年呈现快速上升趋势,与世界主要国家相比也处于较高水平。分析造成我国外贸依存度过高的原因,主要是由于加工贸易、GDP结构差异、汇率等不合理因素的影响。长期来看,外贸依存度的提高是必然趋势,这意味着我国受世界经济冲击的风险在不断加大。保持合理的外贸依存度我国应实行内需主导型经济发展战略;调整产业结构,重视加工贸易的转型升级;实施外贸多元化战略,缓解贸易摩擦;大力发展服务贸易。

In recent years, Chinese ratio of dependence on foreign trade has increased quickly. Compared with other main countries in the world, Chinese ratio is at the high level. The reason for the high level may result from some unreasonable factors, such as the processing trade, structural difference of GDP and the rate of exchange. In the long term, the increase on. the ratio of dependence on foreign trade is inevitable. It means that the hazard of the Chinese economy which might be shocked by the world is increasing constantly. At last, some proposals are put forward on how to maintain reasonable ratio of dependence for Chinese foreign trade policy.
