摘要
采用ZrOCl2.8H2O、Y(NO3)3和氨水为起始原料制备水热前驱物,以矿化剂溶液作为水热介质,通过水热法合成氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)纳米粉末。运用XRD、SEM等测试手段对YSZ粉末的性能进行表征和分析。研究了水热处理工艺、矿化剂的种类及浓度、有机表面活性剂对水热合成过程中粉末团聚现象的影响,并提出了相应的解决方法。
Nano-sized powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method using ZrOCl4 ·8H20, Y(NO3)3 and ammonia as hydrotheraml precursor raw materials and water/mineralizer solutions as hydrothermal medium. The phase constitution and physical properties of YSZ powders were tested by the X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and so on. The effects of hydrothermal process, the types and concentration of mineralizers,and organic surface activator on the agglomeration of nano-sized YSZ powders were in vestigated and some solutions were suggested accordingly.
