摘要
对陶瓷电容器用Nb2O5的氨中和沉淀制备方法进行了研究。通过控制溶液的浓度、反应的温度和速度及焙烧温度等工艺条件,可制备出平均粒径约0.8μm、分散性好的Nb2O5。用该方法所制备的Nb2O5生产的陶瓷电容器,介电常数高,稳定性好,可靠性高。
Ammonia neutralization and subsequent precipitation reactions during preparing Nb2O5 for ceramic capacitors were studied. By controlling such reaction conditions as solution concentration, reaction temperature and speed and sintering temperature,Nb2O5 with an average grain size of about 0.8μm and a good dispersivity can be obtained. The ceramic capacitors made from the above Nb2O5 possess high dielectric constant, high stability and high reliability.
