综述了轧辊材料的发展状况以及轧辊的失效形式,重点阐述了WCP/钢基复合材料及其复合轧辊的制备工艺,指出了制备WCP/钢基复合材料工艺中存在的问题和解决办法,并在此基础上探讨了提高WCP/钢基复合轧辊质量的措施和途径。
The paper summarizes the latest development of the roller material and roller failure form, focusing on the preparation process. The existing problems and solutions are presented, based on which the ways how to improve the property of WCp/steel-based compound rollers are discussed.
