Design for automatic cutting mechanism of belt paper cutter

针对带锯切纸机所存在的使用缺陷,设计配套自动切纸机构。通过运动学仿真分析对刀床最高速度值进行了修正计算,实现自动切纸。改进后的带锯切纸机可提高机器的使用安全性和工作效率。

An automatic paper cutting mechanism is designed in order to avoid the security defects. The modification computation is done according to the kinematic simulation results to realize paper cutting automatically. The security and efficiency can be improved by using the belt paper cutter.
