摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足临床发病相关因素,临床诊断及综合治疗的疗效。方法对42例糖尿病足患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果糖尿病足发生坏疽的危险因素为高龄、性别、HDL-降低、LDL-C升高、SBP升高、HbAlc水平升高等。所有糖尿病足病患者,血压、血脂、血糖控制达标率较低,足病溃疡面分泌物细菌培养药物敏感试验显示常用抗生素的耐药率较高。结论糖尿病足坏疽的发生有多种危险因素。经综合治疗,Wagner足病分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级患者的疗效较好,晚期患者疗效差,截肢(趾)率高。
Objective To investigate the relative factors of diabetic food and the curative effect of the clinical and synthesized treatment. Methods Review and analyze the information of the 42 cases of diabetic foot. Results The risk factors of diabetic foot getting gangrened are senility, gender, HDL-C's down, LDL-C's up SBP's up, HbAlc's up and so on. The rate of successfiully controlling the
blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar is very low among all the people with diabetic foot. The experiment of the secretion bacteria against the medicament shows that the more you use the antibiotic, the less effective, the medicament. Conclusion There are many risk factors for the diabetic foot getting gangrened. Wagner foot disease suffers ranked Ⅰ -Ⅲ get better after synthesized treatment, however the curative effect is not that good if it is during the last period of the disease. It's very probably for suffers to amputate the legs or the toes.
