慢性胆囊炎125例临床分析

The clinical features and treatment of chronic cholecystitis

目的探讨慢性胆囊炎患者的临床特征与施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床价值。方法分析我院2006年9月-2008年3月125例慢性胆囊炎患者施行急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果本组LC 125例成功100（80．0％），中转开腹25例（20．0％），所有患者术后恢复良好。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗慢性胆囊炎是安全可行的。

Objective Disscnssion on the clinical features of chronic cholecystitis and clinical value of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Methods Analysis of the clinical files of laparoseopie cholecysteetomy operated to 256 chronic cholecystitis patients in our hospital between Sept. 2006 and March. 2008. Results This group 125 cases succeed 100（800 % ） ,25 case of laparotomy transfered to other hospitals succeed 100 （20%）. Patients recovered very well after operation. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and able to be practiced.
